Cancellation Policy

If you can no longer keep your appointment please contact Saima Malik in advance to avoid being charged a Cancellation Fee.

Advance notification for individual appointments do not carry a fee (minimum 72 hours prior). Failure to give notice will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

Wedding bookings require a minimum of 3 weeks notice prior to your date for cancellation (cancellation or adjustment of people booked), if you choose to cancel or reduce your booking within this time, you will be required to pay for the cancelled services.

All other Booking Information will be supplied to you upon your enquiry.

In order to secure your booking; you will need to pay a deposit in advance; We will then send a booking form on receipt confirming your appointment. Please know what hair and makeup you want so that we can provide advice and preparation prior to the booking.

Please send the following to ensure that we have a complete understanding of your chosen look; ensuring that you will be happy with the outcome.*Statement from you informing us of any allergies, concerns and likes/ dislikes.

*Image of you front and back-so that we can assess your hair and offer helpful advice.
*Image of your outfit, images of makeup and hair you would like for us to be inspired by.
